Delivery: Postage & Packaging
UK Postage: Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' Guaranteed
Items up to the value of £2,500 are sent via the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service, from £8. This service requires a signature, is insured against loss and damage and is guaranteed to arrive next working day before 1pm, so if you required a specific delivery date it can be arranged. If required, a 'before 9am' service is also available at £23.00.
If you would like to me contact you prior to dispatch to arrange a delivery date, please let me know or make a note of this on the order form. If someone is not available to sign for the parcel a card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or how to collect it from your nearest Collection Office.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
The Royal Mail provides a Saturday guaranteed service. If you would like this option, please contact me for a quote.
Packaging: All orders are delivered in a protective, damage proof mailing box.
EU & Other International Orders
For orders and commissions outside of the UK, please contact me for a quote for delivery to your specific location.
EU Delivery:
Items under £250 are sent using the Royal Mail ‘International Tracked & Signed For’ service from £15. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage and they aim to be delivered in 3-5 working days.
International Delivery (Outside the EU):
Items up to the value of £250 are sent via the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service from £20. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage and in general take around 4 to 5 days to arrive at most destinations.
Orders over £500 or requiring express delivery will be sent by courier. These are quoted for on an individual basis, so please Contact me to discuss your requirement.
