Long Hook fittings: These have a long hook fitting and are attached with a ring so they have movement when worn.  They can also be made with shorter hooks on request, or created with a standard hook fitting or with posts so they sit on the lobe.

The last image shows a similar pair being worn with the same style of fitting, although they don't have the leaves suspended on rings.
